Great Portable Pedalboard
The Pedaltrain Metro 20 is just the perfect size for what I need, I am currelty using a Korg Pitchblack Tuner, MXR Blowtorch Fuzz, Boss ODB3, Microtubes B3k, and an EBS MultiComp.
The Metro 20 can accomodate all these pedals easily and also has room underneath for a Ciocks DC5 powersupply to power everything.
The bag is great and quite sturdy, I do wish it had a pocket on top for cables, however I simply leave my anglejack cables plugged into both sides of the board and roll them up and out them in the bag with the board.
The board is extremely light and sturdy, I do wish it was slightly angled rather than being flat but I can change this myself if i want by glueing on deeper castors on the front underside of the board so this is only a minor concern.
The metro 20 comes stocked with the required velcro and cable ties, overall a great pedalboard which I will enjoy using well into the future.

Good size and build but case has been changed.
This is my 4th pedaltrain board, from a PT1->Mini->Jr->Metro 20. The build quality has always been great. I have never had a concern of longevity with Pedaltrain items. This new model is an update to the previous Mini in my eyes. The width is the same (20 inch, as per the name) but it is wider (8 inchs vs 6 inchs). I was previously a big fan of the Mini, I don't generally use a lot of effects but one thing I found myself needing was a volume pedal. This obviously wouldn't fit on a mini but with the extra few inches of the Metro 20 I can now fit a Boss FV30 on with ease. To me this is the perfect size for a pedalboard that isn't overwhelming and can fit all the essentials.
My only complain is that the soft case provided used to have a pocket on the front for cables etc. This is missing now but I just lump it all into a Thon hard case and use the provided case purely for padding.
Highly recommended.

Neat, but a more functional bag would be appreciated
The lightest of its kind, well built, generous lengths of good velcro, no side boards to limit the usable real estate (which, for the avoidance doubt, is a good thing).
The bag, while also light and solid, stands out with the lack of any external compartment / pocket (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is not a good thing, as you have to fit any kind of accessory, like your power supply's power adapter, instrument cables or what have you, in the same compartment as the effects ... or elsewhere). Given the price is substantially higher than the immediate competition (Palmer, Harley Benton ...), I think this is something Pedaltrain could (and should) afford to add in the future.

Perfect beginner's board
Bought this for my first pedalboard build. It's inexpensive, well-made, durable, and has plenty of space for cabling and pedals. I fit 5 normal sized pedals onto this no problem, and still have room for any smaller or auxilary pedals which could go on the top rack. The underside is also very well designed, as while it isn't angled, there is a handy area where you can slot in a PSU. Great value for money and perfect for beginners.

I was looking for a small but spacious pedalboard. Thanks to pedaltrain app, I could try so many options and finally decided on this one.
I can fit my opus, four BOSS pedals and three smaller housing pedals on Metro 20 without stuffing. I still have space for 1-2 small sized pedals and for my pick box.
Size wise it’s very easy to carry around and lightweight for the number of pedals.
I find the bag sturdy enough to take with me around. Huge plus that it comes in the box.
My harlet benton iso 5 pro fits perfectly underneath. I velcro’d it and there is still space below it before it touches the floor.
Overall, very much recommended. Going with pedaltrain was a very good decision for me.
Great packaging and delivery from Thomann.

Always great quality, lots of space underneath for various power supplies
I have had so many of Pedaltrain's products -the only reason is because I am a chronic pedal-spod and am forever trying to cram extra pedals on already crowded boards!
This one is up to the usual high standard and even though I modded it with slightly higher rubber feet, there is still a good amount of room under it for many of the new, smaller and flatter power supplies appearing on the market.
The new soft bags are more sturdy with metal zips but some may miss having the additional pockets for leads etc. that they used to have. I keep all my leads in a separate case, so I'm still a happy bunny.

If your effects are only the basics, this is the guy! I use it with 5 standard sized pedals + 2 mini pedals from TC Electronics. But, you gotta be pacient (not a surprise) and use the right cables/conections. If you are prone save some space on your pedalboard, this one isn't for you. Only issue I've been found till now is: I had to look for a lot and buy Truetone's CS6 to assemble underneath the pedalboard. And the bag is amazing, well done and very reliable

Superb stuff
Pedaltrain delivers. It?s light, it?s handy, it?s big enough to handle 5 standard effects and the power source (too big to place it underneath). The bag is solid. It could have some kind of pocket but for the price this little pedalboard is really all what I need.

Great board
I'm a big fan of the PT boards, especially the Metro and Nano series. I own many PT boards because they are well made. What I can say is that the soft case has been upgraded compared to previous generations. There is an extra pouch in the front for cables and such, and the zipper is much more heavy duty. The case corners are also reinforced compared to earlier generations. Great product and would recomend it to anyone needing a compact pedal board solution.

Pedals in order
I m very happy with this pedalboard, it comes with a bag which is quite sturdy and the velcro to stick the pedals. I have 7 pedals and there is space for placing two or three more... depending on the size.
It was not high enough to place the power supply below (caline) but it easy to increase the height... no big deal. All in all is a great pedal board and quite light.
