Nice set of cymbals for the price
I used to play with low end Zildijan's and wanted to upgrade for a better set since they are also used in my studio for recording.
I mainly play death metal and it has been difficult to find good sounding cymbals that cut throught the harsh guitar tone. This set of cymbals is great for that purpose since they are medium-thin and quite bright sounding. They work great in playing live and also sound very rich on recording. The hi-hat sounds pretty big and not that crispy compared to Paiste's for example. The crash cymbals are my favourite of the set. Unfortunately I was not completely satisfied with the included ride cymbal. The bell is rather quiet and the overall sound is everything you excpect from a ride, nothing special about it. One time I was experimenting with it and it turns out that the included ride works great as a crash cymbal if pared with the 18" crash.
I would recommend it for playing metal and rock music. The hi-hat could work for jazz also.

They don't surprise you
I've had these for few months, and so far have had no issues from a quality perspective.
I say that they don't surprise you, because I would assume anyone buying them would already know what to expect.
They are quality cymbals, with a nice bright sound.
The ride feels very thick, and is also great as a deep sounding crash ride.
Pros:
You buy a well known brand of quality cymbals
They sound really nice
Cons:
None so far

Good as a starting cymbal set
A set of cymbals like this is excellent to start building a bigger collection, specially if you are looking for mid-range cymbals.
Sound is bright and clear due to the thinness of the cymbals.

Well worth the price
Definitely the best set I've owned, sounds brilliant and looks brilliant, literally. Worth noting, that the alloy is not that strong, make sure you know how to prevent your cymbals from breaking.
