Great power supply with terrible design flaw
davaiddad 27.11.2019
The power supply works great, sturdy build and great isolation and power supply but has one massive design flaw.

The cabling included with the product includes only angled cabling to connect the power supply to your pedals, unfortunately the outputs on the power supply are so close together and to the edges of the product that the cables can only be set up to have the cables corner sitting outside the perimeter of the unit. Therefore your cables are sat pushing and stressed against the floor (or pedalboard) which is putting stress onto the connections and the outputs. Very Simple fix would be to include straight cables to connect to the power supply. (Workarounds possible if you aren't using all of the outputs)

Great power supply but not enough high capacity outputs
Anonymous 27.04.2016
So after expanding my pedal board to 13 pedals, and after beginning to notice more and more electrical hum with each pedal I added, I decided it was time to make the jump and splash out on a fully isolated power supply. The gap in price between isolated and non isolated is huge - I went from using the £35 Harley Benton Power Plant to the £225 Walrus Audio Phoenix. I went for the Phoenix for a few reasons, it has 15 outputs, leaving me room to add a couple more pedals, and some of the outputs are switchable between 9, 12 and 18 volts. This suited me as a couple of my pedals take 12v power. The problem I have now is that the 12 and 18v outputs only supply 100ma, and my 12v pedals take 200ma. This has meant that despite shelling out over £200 I still need separate power supplies for my 12v pedals. So be warned and double check your user manuals for all your pedals before you buy this thing. But, I can testify that it is indeed a reliable low noise clean power supply, it will suit a lot of players and it is much cheaper than the voodoo lab mondo, and it's also smaller in size, which can be vital on a pedal board.

Really clean power
Anonymous 13.02.2017
Seems to be really reliable and well built, will see with the time. Did not put 5 stars because it's a bit sad to have only one 18 volts output as well as only 2 12 volts output, releasing only 100ma. Anyway thats something that I knew and at the moment its fitting to my board. Otherwise that unite is absolutely perfect, really clean.
