If you know that you want these brushes, get them. The grass really adds texture to your sound. But beware: Those are super quiet, maybe 30% of normal brushes. And singular pieces of grass will be coming of every time you play (even when playing super cautious), so I guess they won't last too long.

Da ich häufiger in sehr kleinen Locations akustische Musik spiele, war ich auf der Suche nach Brushes, die sich beim "Wischen" sehr dezent einsetzen lassen, ohne aufdringlich zu werden. Diese Brushes habe ich in den Vic Firth RM1 Remix Broomcorn Brushes gefunden.
Über die Langlebigkeit der RM1 kann ich an dieser Stelle noch nicht viel sagen, ich würde jedoch empfehlen, sie für den Transport immer mit den beiliegenden Gummibändern zu bündeln und in ein Röhrchen (wie es z.B. den normalen Vic Firth Brushes mit steel wires beiliegt) zu stecken. Vom Klang her sind sie genau das, was ich mir gewünscht hatte: ruhig, warm, flächig.

L'idée de base était bonne, mais au final le rendu n'est pas terrible. Acheté avec le Vic Firth RM2 Remix Brushes Afric. Grass, le grip n'est pas très confortable. Les élastiques de maintien ont craqués au bout de quelques mois, le tout est assez gros. Point de vue son : en jeu type balais, c'est un peu trop gros donc ça gène dans les mouvement et les balais se chevauchent souvent. Et en jeu "frappé" ça manque de son... Bref autant continuer avec des balais classique ou des fagots c'est plus intéressant !
