I swapped original kidney style grovers from my recently bought 2022 Custom Shop LP Custom, just for that reason, that I tend to more classical look of old LP Custom.. these ones work perfectly as expected and tuning ratio 18:1 is immediately there for fine tuning your LP Custom, you cant go wrong with these, its pricey a little, but you get real premium product!! :) worth every cent

Perfect replacement for Les Paul

I bought these to swap out the existing Grover tuners on my Les Paul Csstom, and it was a perfect, seamless swap. They feel exactly like the original tuners, but with the addition of being locking tuners. Exactly what I was looking for.

Nice and smooth tuners for my Les Paul

The tuners were purchased to replace a worn tuner on my cheap Les Paul guitar.

All parts are gold on the guitar so I have opted this version at Thomann.

The other criteria was to have the modern, closed and locking mechanics.

The tuners are working smooth and pretty straightforward to install.

One minor comment though: the gold finish has darker shade than on the reference photos, one may not like it but that is absolutely subjective and personal choice.

Highly recommended.

Die Mechaniken sind hochwertig verarbeitet und leicht zu montieren. Saitenwechsel findet jetzt innerhalb von Minuten statt und die Stimmung kann nicht mehr durch die Saitenwicklungen beeinflusst werden. Optisch m.E. eine Aufwertung im Vergleich mit den Grover Rotomatics GR102 .
